Terms of Service Agreement

By proceeding with the checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Fees & Payments

  1. Session Fee: The session fee is $130 for a one-hour posing session. If the session is limited to a shorter duration, the fee will be adjusted accordingly (e.g., 30 minutes = $65, 45 minutes = $97). Exceptions apply to clients grandfathered in from 2024 or earlier and those on a Posing’s Finest Academy membership plan that offers discounted services.
  2. Time Remaining: Clients are expected to start and end the session at the designated appointment time. Any delay on the client’s end does not reduce the payment amount. Please arrive early to allow time for parking. If the posing coach is late, the full session time will still be provided. For video call sessions, clients are expected to initiate the call via FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom at the scheduled appointment time.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 fee unless due to illness or a medical/family emergency. No-shows or cancellations without a valid excuse will result in a $100 fee.
  4. Forfeit of Session: If a client arrives but decides to leave before completing the session, they are still responsible for the full session fee.

Show Fee

  • The posing coach makes efforts to attend all client competitions to provide posing guidance before and after prejudging. A mandatory fee of $50-$100 applies, depending on the number of competitors and the location. Payment plans are available, with 30 days allotted for payment. Fees increase for National Competitions.

Payment Plan

  • Clients experiencing financial hardship may opt for a payment plan with an additional $10 per session charge. The full balance must be paid before the competition or an agreed-upon date. Failure to comply may result in legal action, and the client will be responsible for the remaining balance along with any attorney or court fees.

Injury Prevention

  • Clients should exercise caution when wearing heels and ensure the posing area is clear of obstacles. If feeling unstable, clients should practice without heels until comfortable.
  • Posing involves unnatural body positions that may cause soft tissue or joint inflammation. Clients should communicate any discomfort to the posing coach for necessary modifications.
  • Posing’s Finest Academy and associated coaches are not responsible for any injuries incurred during sessions.
  • Clients are encouraged to implement a stretching program or seek bodywork sessions from a professional to maintain their physical health during training.

Content, Filming & Screen Recording

  1. Clients may not film an entire session.
  2. Clients may film a “homework” segment at the end of the session for personal reference.
  3. Clients must notify the posing coach in advance if they wish to film content with a professional videographer.
  4. The posing coach may post client content on social media. Clients who wish to opt out or limit certain posts must communicate their preferences.
  5. Posing’s Finest Academy instructional videos may not be recorded, duplicated, or shared. Unauthorized sharing will result in a $10,000 fine, plus legal fees.

Expectations as Your Posing Coach

  1. The posing coach’s goal is to prepare clients for stage performances, enhancing strengths while minimizing weaknesses through tailored posing techniques.
  2. Clients may not work with another posing coach simultaneously, as conflicting teaching methods can be detrimental. If a client switches to another coach, they may not use the individual routine choreographed by the original coach.
  3. Clients may not copy or use coaching methods without permission. Unauthorized use will result in a $10,000 penalty and legal fees.
  4. Clients may not share or distribute instructional content, tutorials, or lessons from Posing’s Finest Academy. Unauthorized sharing will result in a $10,000 penalty and legal fees.
  5. Posing’s Finest Academy memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After completing this period, clients may switch to a different plan on a month-to-month basis.
  6. To cancel a membership beyond the 3-month period, clients must submit a written notice at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is made less than 30 days before the next payment date.
